In *428: Shibuya Scramble*, during Morikawa's chapter at 12:00, you will see a large arcade occupying a street corner. Its exterior is decorated with colorful game character art, and a neon sign at the entrance attracts passersby. Through the glass door, rows of arcade machines are visible. This is a location characters may pass or converse at during the Shibuya lockdown.
