Railroad crossing with cherry blossoms
In *5 Centimeters per Second*, Episode 1, Takaki and Akari walk together after school and arrive at a railroad crossing. Cherry trees on both sides are in full bloom, petals drifting in the wind. They stand side by side as the warning lights flash, the barrier descends, and a train rushes past. After the crossing opens, they continue on their way.
