End of the underground passage
In 5 Centimeters per Second, the protagonist Takaki Tōno walks alone through a long underground passage. His footsteps echo in the empty corridor, and at the end a bright twilight light pours in. When he exits, he sees a railway crossing and rows of utility poles. This scene appears in the last part of the third story.
