Musashi-Urawa Station Platform 4 Front
In the first episode 'Cherry Blossom' of *5 Centimeters per Second*, Takaki Tohno and Akari Shinohara reunite on the platform of an elevated train station. As the train slowly pulls in, they excitedly wave at each other through the glass windows. From the front edge of the platform, you can see the opposite platform's pillars and the tracks stretching into the distance. The winter sunlight filters through the station roof, creating a warm yet bittersweet atmosphere.
