Meeting on Goryōbashi Bridge
In the first episode of *Hanayamata*, the protagonist Naru Sekiya, carrying her school bag, walks alone on a red-railing arched bridge. The setting sun casts golden light on the bridge surface, with a small river below and rows of houses on the opposite bank. Suddenly, a blonde girl, Hana N. Fountainstand, runs toward her from the other end, greets her warmly, and invites her to dance together. The red handrails and arched shape of the bridge are prominent in the scene.
