In "One Week Friends," Kaori and Yuki often walk home together down a long staircase. In one shot, Kaori stands on the landing in the middle of the stairs, turning to gaze at the distant cityscape, with sunlight filtering through the leaves creating dappled shadows, a warm and serene scene.
