The School Hill
In *Clannad: After Story*, the protagonist Tomoya Okazaki steps onto the familiar long stone stair slope in the early morning. The slope is flanked by scattered houses and lush trees. As he ascends, he reflects on the past. This slope is the path leading to Hikarizaka High School and the place of his fateful encounter with Nagisa.
