Hikaru's House
In *Hikaru no Go*, Hikaru's house is a typical two-story detached house with a small front yard and a garage. There are three steps leading to the front door, beside which stands a green mailbox. The house appears frequently throughout the series, such as when Hikaru plays Go with Sai in the tatami room, or when he rushes out to school in the morning. The street in front is lined with cherry blossom trees, with petals falling in spring.
