Kumataka Shrine
In *Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha.*, the shrine where protagonist Inari Fushimi meets the fox deity Kō and visits multiple times sits on a small hill. Climbing a long stone staircase, one reaches a wooden shrine building with a shimenawa rope at its entrance, flanked by stone fox statues. It is surrounded by green trees and is a key location in the series.
