Hiroshima Station Plaza
In *In This Corner of the World*, the protagonist Suzu stands in front of a large railway station's plaza, with the station building behind her and busy roads and tram tracks ahead. She wears a traditional kimono, carrying luggage, her expression a mix of anxiety and determination. This station is the starting point of her marriage from the countryside to city life, and later becomes a hub of separation during the war.
