Kuramoto-dori Slope
In *In This Corner of the World*, the protagonist Suzu often walks along a slope. On one side stands a tall fire station tower, and in the distance, a mountain range (Haigamine) is visible. The street is lined with low wooden houses and crisscrossed with utility poles, depicting daily life in Kure during the Showa era.
