Yakuōin Tengu Statue
In *Time Passes, but the Food Is Delicious*, in Episode 3, the characters visit an ancient temple in the mountains. Beside the temple stairs stands a gigantic tengu statue with a long red nose and a stern expression, holding a fan and wearing tall clogs. It is a symbol of local faith. The protagonists stop and look up at it, feeling the mystical atmosphere of the forest.
