Station on the way home from school
In *Clannad*, in the first episode after school, the protagonist Tomoya loiters alone on a station platform. He carries his backpack, looks tired, and watches trains come and go without boarding, as if avoiding going home. The tracks stretch into the distance, and there are no other passengers around, only the sunset and the roar of the trains.
