In LoveLive!, at the beginning of Episode 1, protagonist Honoka Kousaka and her friends run and talk on the school field. The scene shows a red running track, green grass, and a distant gymnasium and stands. It is here that Honoka spots a poster about school idols and gets the idea to form an idol group.
