In the first episode of *The Clinical Records of Takuo Tenkyo*, the protagonist Takuo Tenkyo and her companion pass by a convenience store after school. Tenkyo stops at the entrance, buys a drink, and then discusses the clues of a recent case with her companion. The blue-and-white sign and automatic door of the convenience stand out vividly in the setting sun.
