Kyon's House
In *The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya*, Kyon's house is a typical two-story detached house blending Western and Japanese styles. The genkan has a shoe cabinet, and the nameplate outside reads 'Kyon'. Kyon often leaves for school from here in the morning or returns in the afternoon, occasionally meeting Haruhi or receiving phone calls. The window on the second floor is his room, with light-colored curtains.
