In *Nagi no Asukara*, the white school building by the sea is modeled after this site. It serves as Tsumugihama Junior High School, where Hikari, Manaka, Chisaki, Kaname, and Tsumugu study. The long slope leading to the gate and the cherry trees on campus are where they often meet and say goodbye, marking key moments of friendship and growth.
