Sakuta and Mai's farewell at the station
In *Rascal Does Not Dream of a Santa Claus Dream*, Sakuta Azusagawa and Mai Sakurajima say goodbye on the platform of a terminal station with a single track. The platform is long, with a low waiting room on one side, and distant hills and houses in the background. Sakuta watches Mai board the train, leaving the platform empty after it departs.
