Shrine stone steps on a hillside
In *Kami-chu!*, Yūko Hitoto runs to school every morning and passes by a shrine built on a steep hillside. The shot looks up from the bottom of the stone steps, flanked by old stone lanterns and green trees, with the red torii gate faintly visible at the top. Yūko breathes heavily as she climbs, behind her are quiet streets and the distant Seto Inland Sea.
