East side of Komatabashi Bridge
In *Paranormasight: File 23*, the protagonist crosses an arched bridge over a river while investigating supernatural incidents. On the east side, black metal railings line the sidewalk, with dark green water flowing slowly beneath. Distant houses and warehouses cluster along the riverbanks. Pedestrians and cyclists pass occasionally, and a red tower can be seen beyond the far end of the bridge.
