First episode public toilet
In the first episode of *Edomae Elf*, the shrine maiden Koyume and the elf Elda stop in front of a public toilet. The toilet is located along a typical shitamachi (old downtown) street, with light blue tiles on the outer wall and a half-length curtain hanging at the entrance. Surrounding it are low-rise houses and utility poles, with tall buildings visible in the distance, creating a Tokyo streetscape that blends old and new.
