The Elf and the Miko Walk Home
In *Otaku Elf*, after school in the evening, the elf Komichi and the miko Sayo walk side by side along the sidewalk of a narrow shopping street. The setting sun casts long shadows of hanging laundry and parked bicycles, and in the distance a bell rings for quitting time. They pass a long-established tsukudani shop with a noren curtain, where a shopkeeper is tidying up wooden barrels outside.
