Shrine torii gate and stone steps
In *Edogawa Elf*, the main characters often visit a shrine located in a residential area. The shrine features a vermilion torii gate, a long flight of stone steps in front, and dense trees on both sides. A water pavilion (temizuya) stands beside the torii, and the main hall and ema rack are inside. It is an important place where the elf interacts with humans.
