Protagonist's home
In *Edome no Elf*, where the story begins. On a late afternoon after school, the protagonist, a shrine maiden of Takatomi Shrine and a half-elf descendant, walks down a narrow residential street, stopping in front of a single-family house with a traditional tiled roof and dark wooden exterior. A small round nameplate hangs by the porch, and a neatly trimmed pine tree grows beside it. This is her home, where she lives with her elfish mother.
