Kuchu Teien Observatory
In *Detective Conan: Conan, Heiji, and the Vanished Boy*, Conan and Heiji visit a massive circular observation deck connecting the tops of two skyscrapers, with a semi-transparent glass ceiling and surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows offering an expansive view.
