In *MF Ghost*, episode 10, a brief shot shows a high-rise apartment building by the sea. The building has light-colored exteriors, large glass windows, and many balconies. A small green island can be seen faintly in the distance over the sea. In the anime, this is the residence of the main female character Ren, who is often seen on the balcony looking out at the ocean.
