In Bakuman., Mashiro Moritaka and Takagi Akito often pass a modern commercial building with large glass facades when going to the bookstore or meeting their editor on weekends. The eastern entrance opens to a wide pedestrian plaza where people gather or street performers perform. In the distance, the building of a major transportation hub can be seen.
