Hospital room and corridor
In *The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya*, the protagonist Kyon wakes up on December 18th in a private hospital room. The walls are white, winter sunlight streams through the window, he is wearing a hospital gown, and there is a call button by the bed. He then runs into the corridor, where the windows and stairwell at the end are visible, with a parking lot and greenery outside.
