In *Deaimon*, episode 1, the protagonist arrives in the city by train and upon stepping out of the station, looks up to see a tall red tower made of steel framework with a circular observation deck at the top. This becomes his most vivid first impression of the ancient capital, followed by shots of the streets and crowds beneath the tower.
