Riverside Walkway and Supernatural Phenomenon
In the first episode of *Mieruko-chan*, the protagonist Miko Yotsuya walks along a fenced riverside path on her way home from school. The path is lined with dense trees, and a strange spirit appears in the distance ahead. One side of the path is calm water, the other is greenery and stairs.
