Meeting in front of the animal hospital
In the first episode of *Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie*, the male protagonist Izumi is walking home from school when he passes by an animal hospital with a sign featuring an animal illustration on its facade. The entrance has low steps and some greenery. On this quiet residential street, he gets into trouble with a few delinquents, and then the heroine Shikimori suddenly appears and rescues him with cool moves. The white exterior wall of the animal hospital and a nearby utility pole are clearly visible. This is the first notable interaction between Izumi and Shikimori.
