In *Dai Mahō Tōge*, the protagonist Pyun engages in a magical duel with her opponent in front of a three-story golden pavilion by a lake. Each floor has a different architectural style: the first is Shinden-zukuri, the second is samurai residence style, and the third is Zen temple style. The entire building is covered in gold leaf, reflecting beautifully on the calm lake surface.
