Intersection on the way home from school
In *A Whisker Away*, the protagonist Miyo Sasaki (Muge) and her crush Kento Hinode walk side by side after school at a wide intersection. One side of the intersection features a modern building with a large ceramic mural or sign, while the other side is lined with residential streets. Both characters are in middle school uniforms, the atmosphere slightly awkward and quiet. This intersection is a spot Muge passes frequently both before and after her transformation into a cat.
