Ube-Shinkawa Station (as Shin-kawa Station)
In *Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time*, the protagonists Shinji Ikari and Mari Makinami Illustrious exit a small station building with a light-colored exterior near the end of the film. The station square is wide and bathed in sunlight, with low hills visible in the distance. The signboard reads the fictional name “Shin-kawa Station”; they pause briefly before running off together.
