In *Adachi and Shimamura*, the convenience store they often visit together after school. Adachi wanders between the shelves secretly watching Shimamura choose snacks, while Shimamura lazily teases her at the checkout. There are outdoor tables and chairs, and in summer, wind chimes hang by the entrance; the orange evening light spills through the glass doors inside.
