Honmachi Warehouse Street
In *Hyouka*, Eru Chitanda leads Houtarou Oreki through an old shopping street to a warehouse with earthen walls and a heavy wooden door. She stops, turns to him saying 'I'm curious,' and pushes open the creaking door, revealing a room cluttered with old items and dusty cardboard boxes, with a faded 'Hyōka' magazine hanging on the wall. The street lamp and stone pavement look nostalgic under the twilight.
