In 'Weathering with You', the male lead Hodaka and the female lead Hina often spend time on the rooftop of this building. The rooftop is surrounded by wire fences, and there are many padlocks attached to the fences. In the distance, you can see a busy intersection and iconic skyscrapers. Hina once prayed here for the sky to stop raining.
