The Fox's Hat and the Unmanned Station
In *Natsume's Book of Friends*, at an old, unmanned rural station with only a water tower and a wooden waiting room, Natsume meets a small fox spirit wearing a hat. The fox panics as its hat is blown onto the tracks, and Natsume kindly retrieves it, earning the fox's grateful bow.
