Steps of Shinden Shrine
In the first episode of *Stars Align*, Maki Katsuragi and members of the girls' basketball team stop to talk on the long stone steps of this shrine. The camera looks up from below, showing the vermilion torii gate and lush trees in the background, with fallen leaves scattered on the steps, creating a late summer/early autumn atmosphere. Maki stands at the bottom of the steps, looking up at classmates above.
