In *Durarara!!*, this is the station square where many characters frequent. An elliptical pedestrian island stands in the center with a bronze owl statue, behind which is a massive glass-curtained commercial complex. As night falls, neon lights flicker, making this the stage for characters to meet, confront, or say goodbye.
