Jikōji Temple Approach
In *Between the Sky and the Sea* (Sorato Umi no Aida), there is a stone-paved approach leading to an ancient temple, lined with wooden buildings and evergreen trees. Characters pause here, looking up at the temple roof shrouded in morning mist. At the end of the approach, a vermilion torii gate stands atop the stone steps.
