Saluting Ryotsu Statue
In *Kochikame*, near the police box where the protagonist Ryotsu Kankichi works, stands a bronze statue modeled after him. The statue depicts Ryotsu in his iconic uniform, raising his right hand in a salute, left hand at his side, facing forward with a determined yet slightly comical expression. Visitors often pose to imitate the statue, making it a must-visit spot for fans.
