Practice in the instrument storage
In *Sound! Euphonium: The Movie – Our Promise: A Brand New Day*, Kumiko and Reina go to the instrument storage room at the back of the school after class. They push open the heavy metal door, and sunlight streams in from the high window, illuminating floating dust. The room is filled with instrument cases, music stands, and old instruments, with faded posters on the walls. Here they engage in a secret ensemble practice, the warmth of their fingers and the blending of tones frozen in that moment.
