Yamagen
In "Solitary Gourmet", the protagonist Goro Inogashira visits a long-established yakiniku restaurant in a downtown shopping street. The shop has a dark wooden sign with gold lettering and a noren curtain at the entrance. Goro orders salted tongue and grilled beef small intestine, wrapping them in lettuce, and eats with great satisfaction.
