In *Just Because!*, the protagonist Eita Izumi and heroine Mio Natsume say their final goodbyes on the station platform. In the dusk, a train arrives; they stand at the edge, Mio holding back tears as Eita watches her board. Beyond the platform railing, distant hills and city silhouettes are visible.
