Conversation on the small bridge
In *Looking Up at the Half-Moon*, the male protagonist Yuichi and the female lead Rika take an evening walk along the river and stop on an old metal bridge. The bridge shows signs of rust, with rails imbedded in the surface. Below, the river flows gently; in the distance, factory chimneys release steam. Leaning on the railing, Rika softly shares her feelings.
