Sheltering at the Old City Hall
In Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Tohru and Kobayashi are walking in the rain when a downpour forces them to take shelter under the large porch of an abandoned Western-style building with columns and a tall staircase. Weeds grow around the entrance, and Tohru makes amusing remarks about human architecture.
