In episode 9 of *Haganai: I Don't Have Many Friends*, Yozora Mikazuki takes Kodaka Hasegawa to a Western-style mansion. The building features a white colonnaded entrance and a black wrought-iron gate, surrounded by neatly trimmed lawns and trees. Yozora, dressed in a black gothic lolita outfit, claims it was her childhood home, but Kodaka suspects she's making it up. They talk on the front steps before pushing open the heavy wooden door and going inside.
