National Police Agency Building Exterior
In *Death Note*, Light Yagami is first brought to this grey building at night; he looks up at the large police emblem hanging above the main entrance. This is L's temporary headquarters for monitoring him, with corridors and meeting rooms filled with screens and surveillance equipment.
