Tsuruya's Residence
In The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (2009), episode 23, the SOS Brigade visits the large mansion of a wealthy female classmate. The mansion features a spacious Japanese garden with a pond filled with koi, a traditional tea house, and wooden verandas. The characters are seen playing and relaxing in the garden, under a large tree. The front stone steps and walls have a classic Japanese style.
